Privacy policy

Phoenix Mimaar is an accounting app for groups of partners who buy, build and sell houses. This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: your books stay on your own device.

What we collect

Phoenix Labs Pakistan does not collect, receive or store your accounting data. The app has no user accounts and does not send your entries, partners, bank details or reports to our servers.

What is stored on your device

• Your projects, entries, partners, bank and wallet names, and reports.
• Optional details you enter about yourself and your company (name, company, mobile, email, city). These are shown on your reports.
• A random device ID used only to match an activation code to your device, and your plan or trial dates.

On Android this data is kept in the app's private storage. On Windows it is kept in your user folder (AppData\Roaming\PhoenixMimaar). Uninstalling the Android app deletes it; on Windows the books folder is kept unless you delete it.

Microphone and voice

The microphone is used only while you tap the mic button to speak an entry or answer the setup guide. Speech is turned into text by your device's speech service (Google on Android, Microsoft Edge on Windows), which may process it online under that company's privacy policy. Phoenix Labs Pakistan does not receive or keep recordings.

Files you create

PDF, Excel and backup files are created on your device. They go only where you choose to save or share them, for example WhatsApp, email or Google Drive.

Payments and activation

Pro is paid by bank transfer to Phoenix Labs Pakistan. When you send us your payment screenshot and device ID, we use them only to confirm the payment, issue your activation code and keep our accounting records. We do not ask for card numbers or PINs.

Support and feedback

If you email or WhatsApp us, we receive what you send, such as your name, number and message, and use it only to help you.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

Children

Phoenix Mimaar is a business app and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
